Tech Ciaga does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or functionality offered on the Website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice. While we implement reasonable security measures, we do not warrant that the Website will be secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

By using this Website, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based communications and agree that Tech Ciaga is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Website.

User Content

You may submit content, including but not limited to text, images, comments, and reviews ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Tech Ciaga a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the operation of the Website and for promotional purposes.

You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any rights of third parties. Tech Ciaga reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any User Content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Payment and Refund

The total project fee is determined by your chosen payment plan, which may be subject to change based on project scope, deadlines, and unforeseen circumstances. Any work beyond the agreed scope will incur additional fees. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the project cost is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or final delivery, and payment must be made within 7 days of final approval.

Tech Ciaga reserves the right to discontinue services for non-payment of outstanding invoices. All invoices must be paid within 14 days. Any disputes concerning an invoice must be raised within 7 days of receipt. Cancellation by the client will result in invoicing for work completed to date, and refunds are only available within 3 days of project commencement, excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Ciaga, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, submission of User Content, or breach of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims of defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Ciaga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if Tech Ciaga has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Termination

Tech Ciaga reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or if your conduct negatively impacts the operation of the Website. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Website. If you believe the termination was in error, you may contact us for further discussion, but our decision is final.
