This isn’t the first project we tailored with this client. As we have known one another for a long time, our work is smooth and fast. Being on the same line allowed us to skip the discovery phase and start with the usual business analysis process.
We implemented a dual-layer QA process using manual testing and automated test suites for RecCiaga. Test cases are aligned with ISO-quality benchmarks to ensure full traceability, reliable email parsing, and consistent performance across all environments.
We conducted detailed internal research to understand recruiter workflows and hiring behavior. Our analysis was based on real recruitment operations and email-based hiring processes to ensure RecCiaga solves practical, real-world challenges with accuracy and relevance.
RecCiaga runs on a serverless AWS architecture for scalability and speed. We use prebuilt cloud services, real-time analytics, and monitoring tools to track recruiter activity and candidate flow, optimize performance, and simplify debugging through detailed email-processing and in-app action logs.
Every part of RecCiaga from the recruiter dashboard UI to backend services, APIs, and email integrations is custom built. Security and compliance are embedded at every stage, ensuring the platform aligns with ISO grade quality and documentation standards for handling candidate and hiring data.
