We're upfront about it – what you see is what you get. While we do our best to provide accurate and reliable info, we can't promise it's flawless.

Sometimes, things might hiccup a bit. Our website might take a breather or need a quick tune-up. We might even need to hit pause or tweak things without giving you a heads-up. Security-wise, we've got your back, but we can't promise our platform is bulletproof. There's always a chance of sneaky bugs or unwanted guests trying to crash the party.

By using our website, you're saying you're okay with taking a bit of a risk. We're not in the business of making promises, so it's all on you to decide if you want to proceed. We're not liable for any bumps in the road – whether it's your computer acting up or something else going inappropriate.

User Content

User Content is what adds a special touch to our TechCiaga community – it covers everything from text and images to comments and reviews, along with any personal or business details you choose to share.

It's worth noting that while we do our best to keep our website running smoothly, there might be the occasional hiccup or tweak needed. While we put security first, we can't guarantee a flawless platform – there's always a chance of technical glitches or unauthorised access.

When you contribute User Content, you're owning up to its accuracy and truthfulness. We don't fact-check everything, so any reliance on shared info is on you.

Just a friendly reminder to keep your User Content respectful and in line with our community guidelines. Offensive content like hate speech or threats won't fly here, and we have the right to remove anything that breaks these rules.

By sharing User Content, you're giving us the green light to use it for various purposes, such as running and promoting our website. We may also keep an eye on submissions and step in if necessary.

In the end, we're not obligated to publish or keep any User Content around. Our main goal is to foster a safe and positive environment for everyone in our community.

Payment and Refund

Your customised or pre-decided payment plan determines the cost of the project. Please note that the project fee is subject to variation due to various factors, including but not limited to its scope, milestones, deadline, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Therefore, the fee for services will be based on the cost estimates provided unless the work exceeds the outlined scope. Additional fees will apply for excess work beyond the specified items. Quotes are contingent on timely provision of work to meet deadlines, and a 'rush' deadline charge may be applied. Moreover, please note that Tech Ciaga Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors in such rush jobs.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required in the initial stage of the project. Please note that Tech Ciaga Pty Ltd will not release any backup files at any stage without receiving the initial non-refundable 50% deposit.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and before the delivery of the final project files or deployment of the website. The remaining balance is due and remains valid within 7 days of final requirements being signed off.

Tech Ciaga reserves the right to discontinue services if the client has not made payment for outstanding invoices. The client is responsible for indemnifying the company for all costs, losses (direct or indirect), and any actions causing loss or damage in connection with the rendered services.

Cancellation requests by the client will result in invoicing for work or expenses completed up to that point. Invoices are strictly due within 14 days. However, jobs spanning an extended period will be invoiced progressively. Estimates must be signed before work begins.

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent to the client's designated email address. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be communicated within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so will be considered as an acknowledgment that the invoice is accurate.

Furthermore, written acceptance of quotes is absolutely vital, and all verbal acceptances will be confirmed in writing by Tech Ciaga to maintain the company’s official records. Please note that only with your acceptance of the quotation will our team begin working on your project, and such an acceptance also implies adherence to our terms and conditions.

Clients may request a refund for their services within 3 days of the commencement date of the project. However, the 50% amount deposited at the start remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc. However, details for each method are clearly communicated before the start of each project and may be elaborated upon request.

Indemnification

You're on board with covering TechCiaga Pty Ltd, along with its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from any heat that might come from your User Content. This includes things like claims of infringement, defamation, or stepping on someone else's rights.

You're also up for standing guard and protecting TechCiaga Pty Ltd from any third-party claims that say your use of the services breaks the law.

Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows, TechCiaga Pty Ltd won't be held responsible for any sneaky damages that come your way. This includes things like indirect hits, special circumstances, or even the loss of profits or data because of:

• Your use (or inability to use) of the services.
• Someone poking around where they shouldn't in our servers or nabbing personal info.
• Interruptions or hiccups in the service
• Other bits and bobs that are just part of the deal.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions play by the rules of Victoria, Australia. If any legal issues arrive regarding these terms or your use of www.techciaga.com.au, they'll be sorted out in the courts of Victoria. It’s acceptable, right?

Victoria's laws will call the shots, no matter what. So if there's any disagreement between you and TechCiaga Pty Ltd, Victoria's rules will be the judge.

Termination

TechCiaga Pty Ltd has the power to put the brakes on your access to our website (www.techciaga.com.au) at any time, no heads-up required, if you break these terms or if your actions cause trouble for others or go against our interests.

Victoria's laws call the shots here, governing these terms and settling any disputes between you and TechCiaga Pty Ltd.

We might cut off your access if we catch you breaking the rules, doing anything illegal, or posing a threat to our site's security, integrity, or reputation. Sometimes, we might need to

hit pause for things like maintenance or security fixes – we'll try to give you a heads-up, but we're not on the hook for any fallout from these actions.

If we do put the brakes on your access, you've got to hit pause on using our website right away. If you reckon it's a mistake, shoot us an email, and we'll chat about it. But fair warning – our decision on whether to terminate or suspend is final.
